Lindsay Duthie

Artist|Illustrator

I’m a Scottish 2D Artist and Illustrator currently based in England, UK. On most of my social media pages, I operate under the username Looby Doodles: an amalgamation of my childhood nickname, Looby-Loo, and the fact that I am always doodling!

My work mainly focuses on character design and visual storytelling, drawing inspiration from my favourite areas in literature, pop culture and local/British folklore.
My illustration client work ranges from people and pet portraits to illustrations for narrative game-play, and logo creation.

I also have a background in design and have experience in the creation of promotional materials for events, societies and local businesses.

Although I have a strong background in traditional art techniques, I work mainly in digital media. I rarely leave the house without my iPad and a sketchbook or two in my backpack!

When I’m not drawing, you can find me doing some cross-stitching, fishing on Animal Crossing or experimenting in my kitchen!
